Refund policy

All Adinkra symbol jewelry is made to order and is non-refundable. For all other jewelry, we offer a one-week return period from the date of delivery.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the one-week return period to obtain a return authorization. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
Condition of Returned Items:
Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging, tags, and certificates (if applicable). Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Processing Time:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
Exchange Policy:
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within the specified return period and then place a new order for the desired item.
